Navigating the development of a commercial building in a historic area is undoubtedly a complex endeavor. In collaboration with Eerie Construction, we rose to the challenge and emerged triumphant. The inspiration behind this project—creating an atmosphere that evokes the comfort of home combined with the allure of the mountains—is both inviting and imaginative.
Drawing upon the traditional aesthetic of Deer Valley homes, characterized by dark woods, cozy plaid textiles, and luxurious leathers the design not only pays homage to the surrounding natural landscape but also infuses the space with a sense of warmth and authenticity that resonates with visitors.
The incorporation of a speak-easy lounge modeled after our client’s favorite gathering spot in Las Vegas adds a touch of glamour and intrigue to the overall concept. The space exudes sophistication and exclusivity, inviting guests to indulge in a memorable and immersive experience.
